Account Recovery

If you lose access, use recovery steps in this order to restore access safely.

Standard recovery flow

  1. Open the login page for the affected service.
  2. Click Reset Password (or equivalent recovery link).
  3. Enter the registered email address.
  4. Complete password reset from the email instructions.
  5. If 2FA is enabled, use backup codes where required.

Verify you are recovering the correct service

Recovery paths can be different for:

  • SiteForge Account,
  • Hosting Panel,
  • mailbox login,
  • Cloud Workspace.

Resetting one password does not always reset all services.

If recovery email is not arriving

  • Check spam/junk folder.
  • Confirm the email address entered is correct.
  • Retry after a few minutes.
  • Contact support if you are still blocked.

Before contacting support

Prepare:

  • affected account email,
  • service you cannot access,
  • approximate time when access stopped,
  • any error message shown during login.
