Account Recovery
If you lose access to your account, follow these steps to recover it:
- Click Reset Password or the password recovery link on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset the password.
- If 2FA is enabled, you may need to use backup codes to regain access.
This recovery flow applies to the SiteForge Account login. Mailbox, hosting panel, and cloud workspace access may have separate passwords or separate recovery paths.
Contact support if you cannot recover your account using the automated process.
